Nicki’s professional life began in Palmerston North, where she owned and ran a café, restaurant and catering business for 8 years. While still working in her busy business she completed her Real Estate qualification and launched into the residential market there, winning the Rookie of the Year award after only 6 months.
Adventure called however, and after selling the food business Nicki and her family moved to the Bay of Islands where she began building her knowledge of the tourism market with Bayleys Paihia. For two years in a row she won their top tourism sales award. She also represented Bayleys at two United Kingdom Expos, selling New Zealand to the world.
Back in the Bay of Islands, Nicki continued her foray into the tourism side of the Real Estate industry, while also purchasing the management rights of Edgewater Palms Apartments - a busy, luxury complex on the Paihia waterfront. This soon dominated her time.
Back in Real Estate she had the perfect opportunity to fully understand this exciting and bustling market, and fine tune her skills. Some 20 plus years later, selling apartments, hotels, motels and top end residential property is now her real estate expertise.
With a bubbly personality, she truly enjoys the easy relationships she develops with both vendors and buyers, fully understanding the many needs of both and linking them together for the benefit of both. Her life in the apartment complex and intimate knowledge of all motels, hotels, apartments and hostels, and of course those wonderful Far North residential properties put Nicki in the perfect position to continue a rewarding career with Bayleys.
